Please fill out all necessary waivers before your appointment.

Appointments: Online Booking Only.

— Lip Blush Clients must submit clear photos for approval before booking an appointment.

  • Appointments shown “available” may not reflect when I am in the studio.

  • Appointment requests are NOT guaranteed unless accepted.

  • Bookings are open as far as 30 days in advance.

  • Waitlist is at the bottom of the service booking availability.

Upon Arrival: Please wait in your car and text when you are here (408)420-2991 . When ready, you will be notified to come in. Clients may not bring anyone other than themselves to their appointment (other than a parent or guardian for a minor client or a caretaker for a disabled client).

Please Cancel or Reschedule your appointment if you: If you have a fever, a cough, or if you’ve been living/ in contact with anyone who is sick in the past 5 days.

Cancellation & Confirmation Policy

APPOINTMENTS must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

No shows/ cancellations under 48 hours will be charged 50% of service payment and will be charged to your card on file. Text and email confirmations are sent out 72 hours before your appointment and a reminder is sent out 24 hours before. All appointment cancellations outside of the policy must be made & confirmed via telephone or text. If a confirmation is not made through the booking link and there is no reponse after reaching out, your appointment will be cancelled. If the card on file cannot be charged, the fee must be paid before rebooking

Late Arrival

I ask that clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals (within 10 minutes) the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints and you will still be charged the full appointment amount. Arriving over 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling, as late clients may inconvenience the next appointment.

Payments

LIP BLUSH - A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Once you request an appointment, a Square invoice for the deposit will be sent. Your appointment will only be accepted and confirmed once the deposit is paid and all waivers are completed. Remaining balance due the day of your service. Non-refundable and non transferable.

Refunds / guarantee

The Beauty Fortress does not issue refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify me within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that the issue can be visually inspected and a resolution (if applicable) be made.

Tattoo Guarantee:

  • The Beauty Fortress offers no guarantee for tattoo results. Each result will vary per client.

  • Aftercare of your tattoo will contribute directly to the healing and final results.

  • To achieve desired results, some clients may need additional sessions or regular touch ups.
